The Vein Institute (V.I.) medical practice began receiving patients at its clinic in Beverly's Cummings Center in January 2005. The practice is composed of board certified physicians including vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins and venous disease of the legs.
V.I. is the only multi-disciplinary vein center north of Boston treating the full spectrum of venous disease affecting the legs including the unsightly "branching" appearance of spider veins and enlarged, often painful, bluish varicose veins. The Vein Institute was designated as a "Center of Excellence"* for its success in the treatment of venous disease.
The practice features the region’s only fully accredited Vascular Lab providing ultrasound diagnostic evaluations to confirm V.I. physicians’ findings.
