Directions to the Vein Institute of the North Shore & upon entering* the Cummings Center

From Downtown Boston:

  • Take Route 93 North (N) to Route 1 N via the Tobin Bridge.
  • Continue on Route (Rte.) 1 N into Lynnfield and then take the combined I-95 N/Route128 N exit, after going through a short tunnel/underpass.
  • When I-95 / Rte 128 N split, stay on Rte. 128 toward Gloucester.
  • From Rte 128 N left take Exit 22 East (E) onto Rte. 62 E.
  • Follow Rte. 62 E for approx. 2-miles to the Cummings Center on your left.
  • At the traffic lights (across from Stop & Shop), turn left to the Cummings Center.

From Logan Airport:

  • Take the Route (Rte.) 1A N ramp toward Revere/Lynn, halfway around the first rotary, turning onto Rte. 60 West (W).
  • Follow Rte. 60 W for about 2-miles. Take the Rte. 1 N exit and follow the ramp toward Route I-95/Saugus/NH/Maine.
  • Follow Rte.1 for about 7-miles into Lynnfield.
  • Take the combined Rte. I-95 N/Rte. 128 N exit after going through the tunnel/underpass.
  • When I-95 and Rte 128 N split, stay on Rte. 128 N toward Gloucester.
  • From Rte. 128 N take Exit 22E onto Rte. 62 E.
  • Follow Rte. 62 E for approx. 2-miles to the Cummings Center on your left.
  • At the traffic lights (across from Stop & Shop), turn left to the Cummings Center.

From Massachusetts Turnpike (Mass Pike):

  • Take Exit 15 onto the combined Rte. I-95 North/Route 128 N.
  • When I-95 and Rte. 128 N split, stay on Rte. 128 N toward Gloucester.
  • From Rte. 128 N take Exit 22 E onto Route 62 E.
  • Follow Rte. 62 E for approx. 2-miles to the Cummings Center on your left.
  • At the traffic lights (across from Stop & Shop), turn left to the Cummings Center.
    From Cape Ann (Gloucester, Essex, Manchester, Rockport …)
  • From Rte. 128 South (S) take Exit 22 and take two lefts onto Rte. 62 E.
  • Follow Rte. 62 E for approx. 2-miles to Cummings Center on your left.
  • At the traffic lights (across from Stop & Shop), turn left to the Cummings Center.

From New Hampshire/Maine:

  • Follow Rte. 95 S to the Danvers/Peabody MA area.
  • Take Rte. 128 N (right lane).
  • From Rte. 128 N take Exit 22 E onto Route 62 E.
  • Follow Rte. 62 E for approx. 2-miles to the Cummings Center on your left.
  • At the traffic lights (across from Stop & Shop), turn left to the Cummings Center.

*Directions Upon Entering the Cummings Center

  • Cummings Center entrance is Center Drive. Continue straight.
  • At or before the gatehouse take a right.
  • You are driving along the front of The 100 Building on your left.
  • Park at the front, right side of the 100 Building or use the parking garage.
  • Use the 100 E entrance and proceed down the hall.
  • The Vein Institute is immediately after the U.S. Post Office on your left.
